Super Easy to Apply and Blend
The product’s stick form makes the new concealer easy to quickly swipe on, and it’s so incredibly creamy that it truly glides across the skin. The creamy consistency also makes blending a breeze.
In the days that I’ve been using the Blur Concealer, I’ve tried applying it with a variety of brushes already in my arsenal, as well as with the brand’s new Blur Concealer Brush, and it just melts into the skin, blending quickly and easily, regardless of which tool I use. And wowza, do I love how easy the diamond shape of the brush makes it easy to reach and blend the inner corners of the eyes and underneath the lower lashes!

I typically use Shape Tape 1.0 concealer under my eyes to hide dark circles, but then a different concealer on any red spots or blemishes, because I’ve never felt like the Shape Tape was dense enough to cover blemishes. That is definitely not the case with the new formula! I am able to use it anywhere on my face that I need concealer, and I like how it blends and covers in every area.
Buildability
One huge difference between the two formats is the buildability of the Blur Concealer. The original format is full coverage, which doesn’t offer a lot of ‘wiggle room’ while you’re working, but the Blur version is medium coverage and lets you apply more if needed. I love having the flexibility of coverage, and because of the buttery buildability, you can even use it as foundation if you choose!

One more big pro? The formula contains avocado and macadamia oils, hyaluronic acid, vitamin E and licorice root, so you’re getting skincare benefits from your makeup.
